Interaction design/information architecture

Lab49 User Experience architects are tasked with crafting, shaping and describing outstanding experiences. You will need to be able to consider both business requirements and user needs (and understand conflicting objectives). You will use primary, secondary and proxy user research to understand the problem space. You will sketch, test and be interrogated as you explore requirements and refine your ideas. Your solutions will be used in business critical applications that drive the success of our clients.

Graphic design

As a UX designer you explore and define the visual direction of a project, be it a native iPhone app or a responsive web application. Today’s financial businesses need every touchpoint to express the brand and present a contemporary look without sacrificing longevity. Gone are the stock grey Java components, UX designers work with brand guidelines and use their creativity to ensure that interfaces look striking.
